Preservationz is both a section of a magazine, Excursionz in CT, and a website staffed by group of people concerned with helping to preserve endangered places in Connecticut that represent our cultural, historical, and environmental heritage.

We do this by using our resources as a media outlet to bring attention to these places as well as working with people and organizations with likeminded interests.

In addition, we plan to engage members of the business community such as building suppliers and contractors who would be willing to donate materials & services to those people whose properties are not eligible for help from grants or any historic preservation funding in an attempt to help them preserve or rehabilitate those properties.
